From the Coffee Shop kitchen: How to make Egg Saint A’s

Saint Anselm College is renowned nationwide for the quality of food provided by Dining Services. And they even knock it out of the park in the morning with buzzworthy breakfast options.

That's why we're going behind-the-scenes in the Coffee Shop kitchen to show you how to make the legendary Egg Saint A's. This tasty offering is a breakfast sandwich that can power you through the whole day.

The recipe is simple with only four ingredients: An English muffin, one egg, meat of your choice and a slice of American cheese. In this video, we're going with ham for the sizzle, but bacon and sausage are also popular choices, according to Dining Services. Many students also prefer Egg Saint A's on bagels at the C-Shop. 

So grab that spatula, watch this video and you'll be making Egg Saint A's like a pro.
